The Green School Committee will be running a "Bling a Boot" competition for the month of February. This is to promote the new theme of Transport and to raise awareness that our school encourages all its pupils to walk or cycle to school when possible. Children are asked to decorate an old boot, shoe or runner. If you wish, the teachers of Junior and Senior Infants could draw a template of a boot or shoe and your daughter could decorate that. The closing date for the competition is 24th February. The winners will be announced at the assembly on Friday, 2nd March.
